Kite was a small disappoinment. It's not bad movie, but I was expecting more of it. Biggest problem is that it's not special it's just plain action with a bit tacky plot.
I don't mean this is a bad movie, it's just an average anime with some hentai scenes added so don't expect any mind blowing movie experience.
If you have extra money you could buy this, it's still quite entertaining, at lest on the first run (and there are some hentai scenes on it :-) But I don't know about this particular dvd if this is censored or cut or something...
