This really is a sweet, a bit of a slice-of-life-but-with-humor-manga. Normally I'm not that much into shounen-ai, but for this one I'll make an exception.
I believe this is from the same authoress as Antique Backery, too. The entire series excists of a total of 4 volumes, so it's a great manga if you're looking for an overall loveable, but not-too-long manga.
