Description

As an infant, Yuki Sakurai was abandoned by his mother, left in the bushes near an orphanage. The mystery of his parentage deepens when Yuki discovers he has a strange ability: when he touches others, he can feel their emotions. Because of his upbringing, the teenage Yuki strives to be independent so that he won't be a burden on those around him, but this attitude coupled with his powers can sometimes feel isolating. Little does he know that he has never really been alone. Someone has been watching him from the shadows ever since he was left in the bushes all those years ago... But can Yuki trust the silver-eyed boy who claims to be his protector...and to know the truth of Yuki's past?

5 Stars for this manga~

"Great manga, definitely a must read :)" by Animefanx3 (Netherlands) on Jun 27, 2011

I really love this serie. I first watched the anime and I was immediately a fan of it, so when I heard the manga would be translated I was so happy! The art style is simply amazing, I love the way the characters are drawn (and I'm really picky). The relationship between the 2 main characters is really well done if you ask me, it's so sweet and nice to read about them. Especially Luka's character is so nice, the way he acts around Yuki is so sweet :) The serie has a good story, it has some action with supernatural elements, there are a lot bishounen (handsome males) and of course it's a shounen-ai manga :) So I think every shounen-ai fan should read this, it's one of the best mana's I know ^^

"Interesting" by Taarz (Netherlands) on May 7, 2011

I happened to read the Japanese version of this volume, and I have to say, it starts out a little messy. It introduces too many random-seeming elements to make it look like it has a coherent plot, since you land right into the middle of a situation of which it is uncertain it will lead to anything. Add a rather generic style, some cliché personalities, odd-sounding demon rank names and some characters looking extremely similar to eachother to that and you get a no more than average shoujo manga. However, the introduction of gothic elements (think angels and demons, crosses etc.) whithout an obvious presence, the subtle hints at Luka and Yuki's pasts, and the fact that the drawing style, in spite of being generic, actually does manage to produce some pretty boys for the female fans to gawk at, make it intruiging enough for me to want to read the next volume . Plus, the slight shounen-ai elements are a huge plus in my opinion; not overly romantic but rather emotional, which will make it accessible and appealing to a male audience as well.
