Registering as a new user

If you want to place an order at, you must be registered on our website. This is very easy and done in a minute or so. You'll only have to register once, because afterwards you can log on as an existing customer.

On the startpage you'll find a box with your logon status, it's on the left hand side. Since you've not yet registered, it will say "Logged off". Beneath it you will find a link which lets you register as a new customer. If you click on it, a new page is opened.

On this page you'll need to fill in a few required field, and you'll have the option to fill in a few optional fields. It is very important that you fill in a correct emailaddress, because that will be our means of communicating with you. If the emailaddress is incorrect, we won't be able to keep you up to date about the status of your order(s).

If your country does not appear in the list of possible countries, that means we are not able to ship to your country at this moment. In that case, you may send an email to the Archonia Sales Department and report this. If we have enough requests to add a country to our shippinglist, we might decide to add it afterall.

If you've filled in all the fields you can press the "Send" button. Your data will now be stored in our database and your account is ready for use. We'll also take you immediately to your personal account page. Futhermore, you will also get a welcoming message by email. If you do not receive this email, chances are there's something wrong with the emailaddress you provided. In that case, please verify all data before logging off.

If your emailsoftware has a strict spam-filter you might want to consider adding our emailaddress(es) to the list of safe-senders. Otherwise our emails are likely to be blocked.

Your personal account

As a registered user at you can not only track your orders but also manage your personal data and settings through your personal account page.

Your personal account page is opened after you log on or when you click on the "Account" button at the top right of the website. Your account page has various sections:

  • an overview of important messages
  • a section on your orders
  • a link to your wishlist
  • a section which allows you to manage your personal data and settings
  • an idication of how much credit and how many Archonia Points you have at the moment.

Important messages

This is a section which is only visible when there actually are important messages. Some examples:

  • payment is due for an order
  • you still have unused credit
  • an order needs your confirmation
  • etc.

Your orders

Your orders (and their shipments) are categorized in 3 categories:

  • preorders
  • outstanding shipments
  • closed shipments

The preorders section is only visible if you have outstanding preorders at the moment. By clicking on the provided link, you'll be taken to the detailed overview where you can manage your preorders.

Outstanding shipments contain all the shipments which have not been shipped by us yet. If you click on the provided link, your orderhistory will be opened. From there you can access detailed information on all your orders (and their shipments). On the detailpage you'll also be able to do various operations and manage your orders.

Closed shipments contain all orders which have been processed or canceled in the past. In the same way the provided link will bring you to your orderhistory where the closed shipments are shown. You can also access detailed information on the closed shipments, but you can no longer make any changes.

Your wishlist

If you've already made a wishlist at you can access it through the link in your personal account page.

Personal data and settings

In this section you can manage your personal account settings. You can choose from:

  • modify your login information
  • modify your billing address
  • modify your optional information
  • manage your favorite series
  • set your login preferences
  • set your communication preferences

If you wish to set a new password and/or emailaddress you can do so by modifying your login information. Your country choice also belongs to your login information because it determines whether or not you are required to pay taxes.

Your billingaddress can be changed at any given time, with the exception of your choice of country. Because that is connected to your login information. Your billingaddress will also be suggested as shipping address when you place an order.

Optional information are things like your birthdate, telephone number, etc. This information is not obligatory, but it may come in handy one day.

You can create a list of your favourite series. That way you can use that list as hyperlinks to the detail page those series so you won't have to look for them each time. You can find this list on the right side of your personal account page (beneath the "Need help?" box).

Futhermore, you can choose to remain permanently logged on to our website, or you can choose that we ask for your emailaddress and password each time you visit the website. The latter is of course much safe in usage, especially when you share the same computer with other people. However, if you are the sole user of the computer, you can make it easy on yourself and choose to remain logged on permanently.

On a regular basis we have promotional offers at In those cases we alert our customers about these offers by email. Should you not want to receive these emails, you can choose so by modifying your communication preferences. Please note that you will always receive orderstatus update emails regardless of the setting you choose here.

Valid emailaddress

A valid email address is required as it is linked to your Archonia account. We use your email address to communicate order updates, product inquiries, damage claims, etc. Claims can’t be filed without a valid email address and Archonia can’t be held responsible for any lack in communication concerning your orders.
