A mysterious illness is spreading rapidly through the halls of Fujimi High School. In a matter of hours, the campus is transformed from a place of learning into a hive of nightmares, as the infected students collapse and are reborn as flesh-hungry zombies! Only a handful of students escape the initial outbreak - among them Takashi Komuro and his childhood friend, Rei. He manages to protect Rei from the initial onslaught, but how long can Takashi and the other students hope to survive when the whole school - maybe the whole town - is out for their blood?!

| Highscool of the dead is an amazing manga serie with stunning art work. Despite the fact that it's a story that is often told (zombie outbreak, how will they survive?) it is exciting, funny and sometimes touching. However, the amount of fan-service in this serie is absurd. If you are not in to that kind of thing, stay away. Otherwise: highly recommended! | |

| het verhaal is echt goed met veel geweld en goede art. Het enige nadeel dat sommige mensen misschien een probleem vinden is dat de panels niet echt duidelijk zijn onderscheid (ook al vormt dat voor mij geen probleem) maar al bij al 5/5 | |

| This manga is really epic! this is a story about a few people who try to survive in an infected zombie world (I don't want to spoil names so I won't say them) My opinion: A good plot, lots of action and funny scenes aswell (well I find it funny!). This is for zombie fans and anime/manga fans of course! This is in one word: epic. | |

| A must-have for zombie anime fans out there, it contains great art, well developed story, fun characters and amazing paneling work. it also has a high boob-butt ratio but you can easily see past that if it isn't your thing. i'm expecting alot from this series. 5/5 | |
