Description

Guardian Shugogetten. One day 14-year-old Tasuke Shichiri receives a strange magic ring from his adventuring father in China. According to legend, if the ring is worn by someone pure of heart, a guardian will be released. From the ring, springs Shaorin Shugogetten, a young goddess who swears to protect Tasuke from harm. But she has been asleep for 4,000 years and her ignorance of the modern world causes her to put Tasuke in trouble more often than not. To make matters more complicated, Tasuke's father then sends him a mysterious rod and from that springs another young goddess, Ruuan Keikoniten, who swears to make Tasuke happy. Ruuan has been asleep for 1,652 years and just happens to be bitter rivals with Shaorin. A fun manga comedy.
