Description

Parn volunteers to lead a dangerous expedition through the abandoned cave of the dwarves, now inhabited by a dragon and man-eating ogres, to find the great sage Wort, whose power will be needed in the battle against Marmo and the Grey Witch. When he, Deedlit, and the others enter the great tower where Wort lives, they are met with a surprise Wort is not alone - and his companion is none other than Karla, the Grey Witch! What does this mean for Lodoss; has Wort allied himself with the Grey Witch, or is there a deeper game afoot?!
