"SUPERION-TAKARA-SC26" by John Collins (Germany) on Nov 20, 2009

GO TAKARA!!!
Im not sorry i got this superion figure set.
I have the new movie relise of this set, but ''WOW'', the color scheme and the quality of this one is something else!

I am really Amazed at the presentation of this set, the box art, and even the recomendation of mixing the bruticus figures with them ........ which as some of you might know is proably a throw back to the metroplex/ defensor/superion/bruticus/menasor figures of old G1,..which were originaly developed for another, seperate toyline than transformers G1. One which several team members ( autobot and decticon) could attatch to metroplex. ( check it out!!)

One thing that is a little bit annoying is the fact that there is no real hands and feet......
but dont worry < a far eastern company has relised a set for hands and feet>...will you be getting any of these archonia,..maby?

Definatly recommended!!!!!
buy it now!!

"awesome!" by evilpresident (Belgium) on Jun 23, 2009

Superion lives once more through this mold! Even though there are two repaints in this set this is one of the coolest combiners there ever was and ever will be and i recommend it to anyone who's looking for some nice G1 references

"Super Link Superion" by Veli Vidgren (Finland) on Aug 6, 2008

Super Link Superion is a great homage to G1 Superion with all the team members named more or less after the G1 equivalents. All the robots are quite posable and the plane modes looks cool to me. The gestalt looks quite impressive, but because of the shape of the legs it cannot stand straight. Also the lack of proper hands might annoy some people.

In spite of minor flaws, Superion is a figure of good quality and highly recommended for Transformers fans, especially those who like Super Link.

A TREU COMBINER THAT DOES NOT NEED ANY INTRODUCTION A GREAT WARRIOR ESPECIALY AGAINST THE DECEPTICON BRUTICUS,THIS WILL MAKE YOUR COLLECTION COMPLEET FOR THE AUTOBOTS THAT IS,
IF YOUR A TRANSFAN BUY IT,THEY COME IN ONE BOX WITCH MAKES THE TAKARA VERSION BETTER THEN THE HASBRO VERSION JUST LIKE THE OTHER FIGURES AS WELL.

"big! nice! but ..." by Skoop (Netherlands) on Nov 25, 2004

Superion is a very good combiner in the Super Link range. It's big (always good) and very nice. the seperate figures look very good both in botmode and in vehicle mode. they all have enough detail to please me.

there are some downsides though. first of all, the combiner can't stand well upright. He'll always be leaning on one foot. I suspect that, by adding some flexibility in the knee, the combined figure would've been much much more impressive. And much more posable as well. When done well, it would've still been standing as solid as it does now.

There is no denying though that this is one hell of a combiner. I am definately not regretting getting this.
