"Sour and sweet" by NeeNee (Belgium) on Sep 30, 2012

Slice-of-life manga about youngsters on the verge of adulthood. The story is realistic, if a bit slow. The drawings are nice without being standard manga style, and the characters are well-developed. Things aren't always going easy for them and life can be harsh, but the story still makes you smile. Recommended for fans of the genre.

"A must-have" by Koen Smet (België) on Feb 12, 2004

If you look at the covers of this series you're immediately attracted because of the simplicity and the beauty of them. Of course, covers don't say anything about the story, so I wondered if Kei Toume would write a story as interesting as her covers. And she succeeded marvellously in doing so.

"Sing `Yesterday' for me" is a story without a clear storyline. You just follow the life of the main characters, an everyday life. They all have their own past and own motives to act the way they do. Obviously you'll be more attached to these characters than in a surreal manga.

This is a really good manga with a beautiful story, beautifully drawn. Buy it!
