Super Links Transformers is the Japanese edition of Transformers Energon (the series that continues Transformers Armada). The Super Links Transformers re-introduces the linking or merging of 2 or more transformers into one bigger Bot (or Con). They're not yet the awesome Gestaults from Generation 1, but at least we do get some Gestault like abilities.

"Super Link Blast arm" by Veli Vidgren (Finland) on Jul 6, 2007

Blast arm comes as a nice looking jeep with optional small crane/gun turret. Transformation is simple and robot mode has an adequate articulation. Still, the smallest energon weapon parts can get lost easily. Overall, a nice toy for this size.

"Blast Arm" by Seth (België) on May 18, 2004

"nice" by R@BID (Nederland) on May 8, 2004

As Blastarm was the first energon figure I got, I didn't really know what to expect...

I was surprised at how fun he was to play with. I love his energon weapon which can become an axe!!

He looks simpe yet decent in his vehicle mode.
Transformation is simple, as I expected on a basic.
As was said before he only reaches up to the waist on most robots he does look big and mighty strong.

His weapons can be held by most other transformers so that's nice and all.
I don't think I need to tell you that the feet aren't the best ever, even though if you put some time and effort in it you can strike some really nice poses with this feller!

I'd reccomend it to anyone that loves transformers, especially at the more than reasonable price!

"Okay figure, reasonable price." by Shrapnel Clone (Nederland) on Mar 11, 2004

Good poseability for a figure of this size, which allows him to do quite a few nifty poses. His giant axe and huge shoulders make this guy look like a powerhouse, even though he barely reaches up to most of the other Transformer's waists.

Like Firefox mentioned, the feet aren't well designed, so it's more of a figure to pose nicely than to play with. Jeepmode is tiny, but looks good for it's size. It isn't G1 Hound, but then again, it doesn't cost you $250 either. Recommended for anyone who liked Armada or the Beast Machine basic Vehicon figures.

"nice but too simple" by firefox (België) on Feb 5, 2004

this is a basic and with that all is said, it's a good buy for it's size, it's simple to transform just like most super link, the weapon combined is cool, but for blast arm it doesn't really fit well not combined.
why the windows represent the feet i don't know, but it could damage the figure in due time.
the carmode is well just a tiny jeep :)

overall not bad, very posable, but nothing special
