The galaxy's only hope is a robotic police officer with superhuman powers and an unwavering devotion to justice... but he's been decapitated. Fortunately, local gang member and all-purpose thug Sadamitsu Tsubaki takes up the robot's mission and his head. Wearing it as a helmet, he uses its powers to crush the attacking aliens and show the invaders what's up! "Robotic warrior versus space villians." by N. (Nederland) on May 1, 2005

The first DVD of this 10 episode anime.
It revolves around a young man named Sadamitsu who likes to fight and is in a gang of some sort. When a warrior-like robot lands on earth, searching to capture an evil alien, the robot ends up being destroyed and Sadamitsu offers to be a replacing host for the robot. Sadamitsu puts on the helmet of the robot and transforms into a warrior. The mission is to capture all the space villians.
Slightly reminds you of The Guyver, a boy receives powers in the form of a suit and battles aliens. Although this is not as gory as The Guyver so it's suitable for slightly younger watchers as well.
A good entertaining series if you're bored. The plot could need some work but it's only a 10 episode series so it's not too deep. but still, entertaining if you like sci-fi, action and some cheesyness.
