Well, a lot of unexplainable things are happening so maybe that is why it's called Wonderland.
I watched the anime and I had to read the manga. I liked the art in the anime better but that is my preference. The story so far is the same. Although I've already seen the anime this still was a page turner for me. I like how Ganta stands up against the bullies. I really really want to know why they framed him.
Now I'm saving to get the rest of the volumes.

Deadman wonderland is about a boy named Ganta. He witnessed the murder of all his classmates and is the only survivor. Before he knows it he gets al the blame and is sent to Deadman wonderland. From the outside this seems to be a attraction park. But once inside, it seems to be a disguise of a cruel prison where prisoners have to work to survive!
