Write a customer review"Better than expected" by Lenny Van Daele (Belgium) on Dec 22, 2014
This is the first I've read from Wonder Woman, and I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the mythology in it, it doesn't require a lot of knowledge. Everything is well explained. I'm already looking forward to read the next volume.
"Epic" by Robin (Belgium) on Nov 6, 2014
Azzarello's run on Wonder Woman focuses on the mythological aspects of the character, reinventing the Greek Pantheon and turning Diana (Wonder Woman) into a Champion of the Gods in the more classical sense of the word. The large supporting cast is definitely an asset which makes for some interesting relationships and character interactions.
Wonder Woman may be a compassionate all-loving hero, her divine family -and therefor her book- is one of the more aggressive. As a result there is a lot of action to top it all off.
