Description

The final volume! Houstonians are celebrating the 176th anniversary of their beloved city and the passing of Comet Pamus. No one is aware that the passing comet could bring the end of the world. Meanwhile, the evil Lord Rudolph is set to reanimate in three hours, and Neon is still fighting his way through the Cyborgs and 72 warriors of Habaspa, to decipher Camelot's forefathers' message and reach the Sun Mirror before NASA. Dr. Suzy Min gets there just in time to save him from Cyborg Number 1. Neon finally retrieves the entire message from the Roseland forefathers warning of Lord Rudolph and his evil plot. He joins forces with NASA to save the world but NASA's Dr. Silver wants both Rudolph and Neon dead!
