Okay, this has pretty artwork, but it's more realistic than manga.
It teaches a lot about wrinkles, yet this book covers very boring and not-flattering clothing such as baggy tshirts, jeans with the tshirt tucked in it, longgggg non-fitted skirts etc. Keep this in mind. It does include a lot of poses and perspective. There's alos a small section on lingery.
