Description

The DIECHI's CEO, Akio has come up with a new project. He intends to create killers who use psychic powers to assassinate the targets. Akio has proposed this project to the President, so that the government may use them for espionage. The President agrees to fund the project only if Akio can eliminate the number one gang in Japan, Sekuharajo. With the funds so close to realization, Akio sends an unidentified psychic female to execute the plan. The plan is to go to Kisan's casino and instigate a fight with the Sekuharajo gang and Kisan. But when she gets there, she notices Kisan right away, and starts to fall for the mysterious stranger.
