I ordered one of these too under the impression that I'd get the complete set (I know, I need to read better next time)
I got Rinoa and unfortunatly I already had an action figure of her (which looks better then this one to be honest) but since I opened the package I couldn't return it.
I'd like to get a Cloud and Sephiroth model but I'm hesistant to order more since you can't determine from the outside of the box what model you get...

These figures are amazingly detailed and they are really high quality if you think about the price. ONLY little downside is that they are not all so easy to assembly as you might think. My opinion is that these are more than their moneys worth.
