RETURNS POLICY

Policy on product returns

You are entitled to return a product purchased at Archonia.com up to 14 days after the date of receipt of that product.

We ask you, before you return the product purchased at Archonia.com, to send an email to sales@archonia.com with the following information:

  • your order number (preferably in the subject of your email)
  • the message that you want to return a purchased product
  • the name of the product
  • the date on which the product has been delivered to the indicated delivery address
  • your name.

The time your email has arrived at Archonia.com is used to determine whether your return falls within the stipulated period of 14 days. When Archonia.com confirms that your return request falls within this period, you have the right to return your product. If your request arrives outside this period, Archonia.com reserves the right to refuse your return request, and the associated refund of the product.

Procedure and other provisions
The product must always be returned completely and undamaged in its original, undamaged packaging. You should take the necessary precautions to ensure that the product cannot be damaged during its return; we therefore recommend that you return the product in the same box as which it was delivered, filled with buffer material to protect the product.

The costs of returning the product are always at your expense, unless Archonia.com has exceptionally sent you a product different from the one you actually ordered.

Refund of the purchase price (incl. standard shipping costs) is done after Archonia.com has received the returned product. The refund will be performed using the same payment method as has been used for the purchase, unless you and Archonia.com have agreed otherwise.

If the returned product is delivered at Archonia.com in a condition (e.g. used, stained, damaged, incomplete, …) that prevents further selling the product to third parties at its original selling price, Archonia.com reserves the right to deduct the difference between the original purchase price and the remaining selling price from the refund.

You lose the right to return sealed products (such as DVDs) whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Policy on return of damaged products

Archonia.com take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your order during the transport to the indicated delivery address. After delivery of the order, we ask you to check whether a product has been damaged during transport. In case a product has been damaged, we ask that you report the damage by email within a maximum period of seven days following receipt of the product.

Procedure and other provisions
We ask you, before you return the product purchased at Archonia.com, to send an email to sales@archonia.com with the following information:

  • your order number (preferably in the header of your email)
  • the message that you want to return a purchased and damaged product
  • the name of the product
  • the date on which the product has been delivered to the indicated address
  • a detailed description of the established damages to the product
  • multiple, detailed pictures of the damaged product and its packaging
  • your name.

The time your mail arrives at Archonia.com is used to determine if your damage claim falls within the period of seven days. If your claim arrives outside this period, Archonia.com reserves the right to refuse your damage claim.

Subsequently, Archonia.com will contact you to discuss the claim. After Archonia.com has given you permission to return the product, a shipping method will be agreed upon in collaboration with the transport company designated by Archonia.com to ensure the return of the damaged product.

The damaged product should always be returned in the original product packaging. You should take the necessary precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged any further during the return transport.

The cost of returning the damaged product is always at the expense of Archonia.com, unless Archonia.com did not give you permission to return the damaged product.

Albeit after the receipt of the damaged product, you have a choice between either replacement of the damaged product (if still in stock at Archonia.com or at the suppliers of Archonia.com) either refund of the purchase price (incl. standard shipping costs). The refund will be performed using the same payment method as has been used for the purchase, unless you and Archonia.com have agreed otherwise.
