"Such a shame, shame, shame" by S (Netherlands) on Sep 7, 2011

Dissapointing. With the original writer of the series Paul Dini gone from the project and Guillem March restricted to cover-work only Gotham City Sirens has lost its charm, power and fun-factor.

Bedard makes a desperate attempt to bring a little extra bagage to the series but this doesn't really work out and rather than exploid the humor in the series like Dini did, the story has now become a typical, slow, average comic tale that isn't worst but certainly not anyspecial like the last two volumes did.

As for the art...well let's not even begin about that; average, average, average. For some reason DC has decided to put a midcard team on a series that had a lot of potential and a wicked start. Unfortunately with Dini and MArch gone from the project Gotham City Sirens has lost its charm.

In my opinion the only thing that could save this series is the return of its original creators but with the direction the DC universe is going, I'm not seeing it happen and what began as a fun new series is ending in a slow, boring death...
