"The saga continues..." durch Gavriel (Nederland) auf 10.03.2018

The third installment in the comic adaptations of Stephen King's The Dark Tower series. In this first TP episode of The Drawing of the Three, young Eddie Dean is central. We see him as a young boy growing up in the shadow of his brother Henry. After several misfortunes we see how he becomes the addicted drug trafficker that we meet at the beginning of the novel The Drawing of the Three.

With artist, Piotr Kowalski, this series has a different art style compared to the first Dark Tower comic adaptations. Although I prefer the art by Jea Lee and Richard Isanove, this is still powerful and nice work. Again, recommended for the serious comic fan.
