In March 2010 Takara will release a Japanese version of the Transformers Animated action figures. The Japanese version will have a different color scheme, which appears to be metallic for the currently available pictures. Apart from the difference in color there will also be a couple of figures that were not present in the US line-up. At this moment 25 figures have been announced:
