A manga you can't get enough of! When I started reading it, I couldn't stop, and immidiatly bought the next volume! What a great art. The story is nice, but sometimes a bit too childish, but still a great work! |

Ik had al wat dingen van Blue exorcist gehoord en gelezen en dacht dat ik de manga maar eens bestel. En het is het ECHT geweldig!! Het verhaal is zo leuk en interresant, het sleept je helemaal mee. Het enige is, als je niet tegen Blood, Gore, etc. kan is het niet echt iets voor jou.. Voor de rest echt SUPER!! ;3 |

I was rather surprised when I started with reading this series, it directly trows you in the story and holds you on the corner of your chair. Not only do I like all the characters, but the burden that Rin (main character) needs to carry makes it even more interesting. The jokes are really good, most of them are in the art, but I can really appreciate them. This is a really promising series. |

I first ordered this because a friend recommended it to me.
And to be honest, i didn't really expect this much out of this series because i'm not really into the demon genre.
When i read the first volume i instantly knew i had to get more.
It has amazing artwork and, a awesome plot and great characters. It's really exiting and funny at the same time,
and the price is also really decent for what you get!
I really reccomend you'd pick the first volume up and see how u like it. |

I really liked the first volumes of blue exorcist. It really has the potential to become one of the best series! So i hope they won't ruin it like they did with the anime version.

Despite the seemingly unoriginal premise, the series is surprisingly fun to read, with lots of unexpected moments. The characters are really well-rounded, the story is interesting and doesn't bore for a moment. The confrontation between the brothers is one of the best pieces of manga I've read in a long time. |

Just as the title says, I find it better than Bleach. Mainly because i find stories with devils/demons very intriguing to read. The story, art, and composition of it all is done wonderfully.

This is one of my favourite manga. I follow it online and buy the volumes as soon as they are released!
The story of Blue exorcist is kind of dark but the manga has enough comical and silly moments to make it enjoyable to read.
It is a well balanced story, not too dramatic/emotional, fighting scenes have a very nice length, not too long and not too rushed and there are lots of small funny moments just enough to lift the heavy aura but not as much as to turn the story into a comedy.
Blue exorcist is nicely drawn and has quite a lot of interesting characters.
Overall: Well balanced, good story, nice art and loveable characters. |
