Penny's boyfriend Ace has vanished, and she asks Gina to help track him down with the aid of Gespent's superior wave-motion detection equipment. Penny suspects this somehow involves his new rival/possible object of infatuation, Skipper Von Richthofen, the ace pilot of the mercenary team Night Flight. Ace has indeed disappeared to settle accounts with Skippy, but he gets more than he bargains for when their duel accidentally damages a top secret government aircraft! Will Ace become a fugitive?
