	Zombie Apocalypse the Anime-way - 01 Nov, 2012

Thats right, you heard me : A zombie apocalypse... Now what if we turn this (mis)conception in to an anime ? We get High School of the Dead, while not exactly beeing amazingly creative, it is still quite a hell of a series pumped with action, survival elements, lots of guns and lots of hot girls. The series follows Komuro and his crew trying to survive a zombie outbreak in Japan. Follow Komuro as he makes some harrowing life and death choices while protecting his friends and most importantly, the human race. Entertaining to say the least, very few anime contain horror/survival elements with zombies portraying them as a real threat to mankind. Nevertheless, it turned out rather well in this series. Also the art is strong and slick and the music is very atmospheric. Do not watch this when you think you have a weak stomach though, as it contains a bit gore and gun violence. Add another star if you're a ecchi-fan and favors survival. If you're gonna get this, prepare for a hell of a ride!

aanrader vette serie met zombies voor mensen die van dat genre houden (heb hem al gezien ondanks dat hij in voorbestelling is) kan helaas dus nog niks zeggen over de kwaliteit van de blu-ray
