Supported Payment Options

Currently we support the following payment options:

  • Credit Card - we accept Visa and Master Card.
  • Bank deposit - we also allow customers to pay using bank transfer.
  • Ogone e-commerce - take care of your payment directly via your web banking module
    • iDEAL: During the payment process, you can handle the payment directly via your trusted internet payment environment. Supported banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank or SNS Regio Bank.
    • Bancontact/Mister Cash: With your bank's web banking subscription, you can pay here safely with your BC/MC card. Supported banks: Fintro, BNP Paribas Fortis, ING, Dexia, CBC, KBC, AXA en VDK Spaarbank, keep your card number and expiration date handy.
  • PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online.

Payment using Credit Card

Currently we accept Visa and Master Cards credit cards; both credit and debit cards.
Your credit card is not charged until we actually can ship the order, so when all goods are available. You will get a notification email when all goods are in stock, to inform you that payment is due and then another email when we actually have charged your credit card.

We encourage you to pay by credit card because your order can be shipped as soon as all articles are in stock - there is no payment delay on this payment method.

Matching your payments to an order is simple - we use the order number (e.g. 2004/05-1234/01) as the message description.

Please be aware that in some countries (Spain) the credit card management company does a double booking on your card - once a provisionary and a few days later the final payment is effectively done. You will only pay once and it is by no means upon request of Archonia.com that this is happening.

In some countries, people use also switch debit cards in addition to credit cards. Depending on your bank our system may or may not be able to support them. You can simply try out if it works or you can contact your local bank for more details.

Payment with Ogone e-commerce

Ogone e-commerce payment methods are often dependent on web banking subscriptions. After placing your order, you will be led to the Ogone-website, where your payment will be done using your trusted web banking module.

Therefore, we advise to keep everything you need for the web banking (like cards, card readers, user codes, ... ) handy during the payment process.

Please check if your bank is among the list of supported banks. Whether or not your bank is on the list, depends on contracts between your bank and Ogone. If you have any questions regarding web banking, we advise you to contact your bank directly.

Payment via PayPal

If you've chosen PayPal during the order procedure, you will be transferred to the PayPal website, where you will need to log on. Keep your PayPal login and password handy. Once logged on, you will see an overview of your order and a payment button. After clicking this button, you will be led back to the Archonia website.

Paying for your order using bank deposit

When you transfer money to our accounts, please allow for several days - up to 1 week for international transfers - for the money to be deposited on our account. As soon as we have received the money, we will settle your order and you will receive an email notification to indicate that the order is settled.
Please note that bank holidays may impact the time needed for money to be transferred.

We do have several accounts internationally in several European countries to make the transfer as fast as possible for our customers.
Countries may be added later, but for the moment the countries which can do a local bank deposit are:

  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • Germany

International Bank Transfers

When you do an international transfer, it is important that you make sure you have all international details available when you want to transfer the money.
Using the SWIFT and IBAN codes for the transfer will ensure that the charges you will incur are kept to a minimum.
There might be extra charges however when using international bank transfer; depending on your bank and your country. Make sure that you take all charges at YOUR expense so we get at Archonia.com the amount which you are due. Failure to do so will result in your order not being shipped since it is not fully paid for.

Please be aware that not all home banking systems support international payments (yet).

Changing the payment option for an order at Archonia.com

Please be aware that once you have chosen a given payment option, it is not possible to change it later on. If you need to change the payment option of any orders you will need to ask us at sales@archonia.com ; clearly indicating the order number as well as the payment method you want it to be changed to.
